We hired Cameron, Architect in January 2013 to help us transform one story home into a 2 story home. Cameron met us several times and spent several hours to discuss what we wanted, what we needed and what we can afford. We wanted so much and he worked with us to scale down to our budget and also ensured we got what we needed. We ended up with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms. It is important in the architectural drawing stage to get everything you want on paper to avoid having to change during the building process. I worked with his contractor Fernando Adame who started building for us in April 2013. Fernando is a very honest person who you need to have while working on a huge project. I am very thankful to have worked with someone as patient and knowledgable as him. He cares about his work and the crew he had with him were all very nice and trustworthy type of people. I couldn’t have imagined working with someone else during our huge project.
