What personal information is collected through this website and how is it used?
We collect information about our users in three ways: directly from the user and from our Web server logs. We use the information primarily to provide you with an Internet experience such that you receive information, resources and services that are helpful and relevant. We will not share information you provide us with others, unless we so state in this document or when, in good faith, we believe that it is required by law.
User-supplied information: If you complete a contact form on this website, we will ask you to provide first and last name, email address, phone number, and a statement of your request for information. Please do not submit any confidential, proprietary or personally sensitive information, such as Social Security Number; date of birth; driver’s license number; or credit card, bank account or other financial information, collectively labeled, “Sensitive Information.” If you submit Sensitive Information, understand that you do so at your own risk. We will not be liable or responsible for consequences arising out of your submission of Sensitive Information.
We will use the information that you provide us on the contact form to respond to your inquiry. We may also use information you provide to communicate with you on a later date. If you do not wish to receive communications from us, you may opt-out or unsubscribe by following the instructions below.
Web server logs: When you visit our website, we may track information about your visit and store that information in web server logs or records of the activities on our site. Our web server captures the information electronically. Examples of the information collected may include: your unique Internet protocol address; the name of your unique Internet service provider; the town, city, county, state, and country from which you access our website; the kind of browser or computer you use; the number of links you click within the site; the date and time of your visit; the web page from which you arrived to our site; the pages you viewed on the site; and certain searches/queries that you conducted via our website. The web server log information helps us manage and administer the site, analyze its usage, protect the website and its content from inappropriate use, and improve user experience.
How is personal information protected?
We take reasonable and appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from accidental loss and unauthorized access, use or disclosure. However, given the sophistication of Internet users, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to deter unauthorized persons from accessing the data one hundred percent of the time.
Who has access to the information?
We will not sell, rent or lease mailing lists or other user data. We will not make your personal information available to any unaffiliated parties, except to agents, website vendors and/or contractors who may use it on our behalf or in connection with their relationship with us; as required by law, in a matter of public safety or policy; or if, in good faith, we believe that sharing the data is necessary to protect our rights or property.
How can I correct, amend or delete my personal information and/or opt out of future communications?
You may opt out of any future communications from us at any time. Contact us by phone, mail, email, or our contact form on this website at any time to see what data we have about you, if any; change or correct data about you; ask us to delete data about you; and/or opt-out of or unsubscribe from future communications.
How will we keep you informed about policy changes?
If our information practices change in a significant way, we will post the policy changes in this document.
