I am a general contractor and met Cameron on a job in Cheviot Hills where he was the architect. The client knows exactly what they want and pushes to get their design through. Cameron has been VERY aggressive in helping realize the vision of the client while gently nudging him away from areas that will be a nightmare. It is rare to have an architect that thinks from a builder’s perspective. He knows how to design for reality, not for paper, so when we have questions, he has answers. His plans are very detailed as well, so there are no surprises or change orders later, which makes everyone look better. Now, when I have clients that don’t have an architect, I send them to Ultra Unit.
