1321 S. Vine in Fullerton is an existing 99 unit apartment building which we were able to add 24 new ADU apartment units to by converting existing carport spaces. Two way driveways proved to be the perfect configuration for creating courtyards and walkable front yards to each of the new units where a driveway existed previously. After conversion the complex will still maintain more than a 1_1 parking ratio for the units.
